Fulfillment Policy

At TechMachete, we shoot for constructive relationships and open communication with our clients and prospects. This Fulfillment Policy lets you know what to expect when paying for and using our services. Just like our training and coaching services, we’ve tried to lay it out in plain English. Please read these policies carefully and contact us with any questions.

Delivery Policy

TechMachete sells technology coaching, consulting, training and support services for small business owners and their teams. These services are delivered to clients through online meetings (both recurringly scheduled and/or self-scheduled), as well as email and chat.

Refund Policy

TechMachete does its best in its pre-signup consultation call to make sure the client-vendor relationship is a fit for both parties. In the rare occasion we find there’s not a fit within the first 14 days of working together, we may opt to discontinue services and partially or fully refund the first month’s subscription payment in good faith, no hard feelings. Beyond that, service subscriptions reserve the vendor’s time and cannot be refunded due to non-performance / non-availability on the client’s part. That said, please see our No-Hassle Cancellation Policy below.

Return Policy

TechMachete sells technology coaching, consulting, training and support services for small business owners and their teams. You can’t “return” these types of services but in some cases we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.

No-Hassle Cancellation Policy

TechMachete’s subscription services can be cancelled any time, for any reason. Please note that once the subscription is cancelled, the client loses the discounted subscription rate and is subject to any rate adjustments if/when they return. In addition, recurring “behind-the-scenes” activities—including but not limited to monitoring email authentication, undeliverable, and security reports—are not available to non-subscription clients and end upon subscription cancellation.

Service Adjustments

TechMachete offers subscription options ranging from 2-8 hours per month, which can be adjusted if needed. Clients are responsible for communicating any need or desire to adjust subscription hours in writing via email. Please note the lowest subscription tier is 2 hours/month, but you’re always welcome to cancel per the above Cancellation Policy.

Services/Project Abandonment

We understand life sometimes gets in the way. That said, we can’t help you if you’re not available. If after repeated attempts by us to begin service, continue service, or finalize delivery of services, you fail to participate, or become unresponsive for a period of 60 days, we may opt to abandon your services/project and cancel your subscription on your behalf. Subscription services reserve the vendor’s time and cannot be refunded, so any fees paid for services that are unable to be provided due to non-performance / non-availability / non-responsiveness on the client’s part are forfeit. Remember that you can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason – if life has gotten in the way, you’re always welcome to cancel, no hard feelings. Just let us know.
